In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality garments and textile products. Your expertise will ensure efficient production workflows, adherence to quality standards, and timely completion of orders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sewing machine operation and sewing techniques, with a commitment to precision and safety in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Duties Operate various industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish garments according to specifications and production schedules Follow detailed sewing instructions, patterns, and quality standards to ensure consistent product quality Inspect finished products for defects, irregularities, or inconsistencies, making adjustments as necessary Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process Assist in setting up sewing machines, including threading, calibrating, and troubleshooting equipment issues Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear during all operations Experience Proven experience operating industrial sewing machines within a manufacturing or warehouse environment Strong knowledge of garment construction techniques and sewing processes Familiarity with various types of sewing machines and their maintenance requirements Prior experience in manufacturing settings that require attention to detail and quality control Basic understanding of warehouse procedures is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, patterns, and work orders effectively Experience in upholstery, furniture manufacturing, automotive interiors, or fabric production.
