This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\n\n*Responsibilities*\n\n* Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machining equipment such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC programming systems to produce parts according to technical specifications.\n* Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.\n* Utilize precision measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy and ensure compliance with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards.\n* Maintain safety standards by following proper procedures when handling industrial equipment such as press brakes, stamping presses, and flexo presses.\n* Troubleshoot mechanical issues on machinery including Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and other automation systems to minimize downtime.\n* Operate shop tools and hand tools for assembly, fabrication, or material handling tasks while adhering to safety protocols.\n* Assist with materials handling using forklifts or other warehouse equipment to ensure smooth flow of raw materials and finished goods.\n* Support quality control processes by inspecting parts for defects and ensuring adherence to manufacturing specifications.\n* Document production activities accurately and interpret factory data to optimize machine performance.\n\n*Experience*\n\n* Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or CNC programming is highly preferred.\n* Familiarity with industrial equipment troubleshooting and maintenance practices in a manufacturing setting.\n* Hands-on experience reading mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and production documentation.\n* Knowledge of safety standards in production environments including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).\n* Ability to perform precise measurements using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other precision instruments.\n* Previous work in manufacturing facilities or factory environments demonstrating reliability and attention to detail.\n* Basic shop math skills necessary for calculations related to dimensions, tolerances, and material quantities.\n* Experience with CAD software like SolidWorks or CAM programming tools is a plus but not required.\n\nJoin us if you're passionate about manufacturing excellence!
