It's an accountability and oversight role, going through the numbers with a fine-tooth comb, catching cost overruns and inefficiencies, and getting them addressed so the business stays financially healthy as it grows.\nThe ideal candidate is a seasoned accounting professional who owns the numbers, calls out what isn't right, and can evaluate whether the ideas brought to them will actually work.
