We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as the Implementation Specialist!\nSUMMARY:\nAs an Implementation Specialist, this individual will transport and configure equipment at our client locations and perform basic connectivity and application set up during the implementation process. This person is responsible for providing customer satisfaction by ensuring the safe and timely delivery and setup of equipment.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.\nSafely transport and configure equipment at client locations\nComplete basic connectivity setup such as printing, scanning, and faxing\nProperly decommission replaced equipment and return for processing\nCommunicate with customers prior to and upon arrival at customer sites\nCommunicate with the internal team regarding schedule and arrival\nRecognize and escalate issues when additional assistance is required\nMaintain company equipment and vehicles being used for deliveries\nAssist with larger and more complex implementations as needed\nAssist with warehouse tasks and remote connectivity support as needed\nRemain current on assigned training\nGENERAL REQUIREMENTS:\nExcellent time management skills\nExcellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\nExcellent customer service skills\nAble to handle structured and unstructured tasks while remaining organized\nAdaptable and detail-oriented\nSelf-motivated, flexible, and take initiative\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nPrioritize customer service and client satisfaction\nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nAn Implementation Specialist spends most of their time traveling to and from client sites or in the warehouse.
