In this role, you’ll work across source control, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, secrets management, incident response, and internal AI tooling. You’ll join a lean team, influence technical standards, and make a real impact on developer experience and platform reliability.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Own and improve internal developer platform tools and workflowsDesign and maintain CI/CD standards and GitHub workflowsBuild reusable Terraform modules for safe cloud provisioningStandardize local development environments using Dev ContainersSupport secrets, feature flags, and environment configuration managementCreate dashboards and alerts to improve reliability visibilityEnhance incident response workflows, runbooks, and postmortemsCollaborate with engineering teams on scalable platform solutionsContribute to internal AI tooling governance and usabilityPartner on architecture decisions and engineering standardsRequired Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experienceBackground in platform, infrastructure, or systems engineeringStrong C# or F# development experience on .NET CoreExperience with minimal APIs, hosted services, or serverless toolsHands-on experience with relational databases and SQLExperience with event-driven messaging platformsStrong GitHub knowledge, including branching and CI/CD workflowsExperience with Terraform and reusable infrastructure modulesMust be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorshipNice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience with Dev Containers or similar development toolingExperience with Doppler or other secrets management platformsExperience with LaunchDarkly or feature flagging toolsExperience building dashboards in GrafanaFamiliarity with Incident.io or incident management processesExperience with AWS cloud servicesInterest in internal AI tools, skills, or agent marketplacesComfort making tradeoffs between performance, reliability, and costPerks & Benefits:This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.Other Information:100% remote roleDirect hire opportunityInterview process includes one round with the tech leadBackground and drug screening requiredIdeal start date is as soon as possibleLean team environment with high visibility and ownershipIf you are interested in learning more about the Software Engineer- Platform opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
