This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary knowledge, sales skills, and passion for hospitality in a dynamic environment.\nDuties\nGreet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of service\nTake accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently\nProvide detailed wine, spirits, and cocktail recommendations, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales\nServe food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation\nManage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience through excellent guest relations\nMaintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing and resetting tables as needed\nFollow all food safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations\nQualifications\nProven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining experience\nStrong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus\nDemonstrated ability in beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation\nExcellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude\nAbility to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting\nBasic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately\nCulinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous but not required\nFood safety certification or willingness to obtain one prior to employment is preferred\nJoin us if you’re passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
