{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"345460f098fd8afee32783ca","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/345460f098fd8afee32783ca","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/345460f098fd8afee32783ca","title":"Junior Program Control Analyst","description":"MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Junior Procurement Analyst to join our team in Oahu, HI.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nThe Junior Procurement Analyst supports the coordination of procurement services by assisting with document preparation and tracking the status of open purchase orders.\nThey help monitor the delivery status of materials and ensure that records are accurately maintained within organizational databases.\nThey assist in preparing procurement schedules and ensure that necessary materials and data are available for senior analysts.\nThe Junior Procurement Analyst drafts technical records for procurement tasks and assists in the coordination of activities across theater locations.\nThey maintain foundational knowledge of special operations requirements and assist in preparing documentation for program deliverables.\nThey help monitor regional vendor conditions and assist senior expeditors in identifying routine supply and service needs.\nThe Junior Procurement Analyst takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\n3+ years of related experience\nDemonstrated ability to follow established procurement SOPs and maintain accurate technical records.\nDesired Qualifications:\nFoundational knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations or a related field.\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking procurement metrics.\nFamiliarity with basic logistics and supply chain systems.\nClearance Requirements:\nMust hold an active Secret clearance\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.\nConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.\nThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
