We custom design and institute a scalable, seamless recruitment process that is fully integrated end-to-end for each client.Lead Recruiter Global Markets – Sales & Trading | Fixed Income | Capital MarketsPosition OverviewLevelUP HCS is seeking a Lead Recruiter with 7–10 years of experience recruiting within front-office financial services environments, specifically supporting Global Markets, Sales & Trading, Fixed Income, FX, Rates, Credit, Commodities, and Capital Markets business lines.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing full lifecycle recruiting for revenue-generating front-office roles within investment banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds, or specialized financial services recruitment firms. This individual will serve as a strategic recruiting partner to senior business leaders while delivering exceptional talent acquisition solutions in highly competitive markets.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Recruiting & Talent AcquisitionLead full lifecycle recruiting efforts across Global Markets and front-office business lines, including: Sales & Trading, Fixed Income, Rates, Credit, Foreign Exchange (FX), Commodities, Equities, Capital MarketsPartner closely with hiring managers and business leadership to develop targeted recruiting strategies aligned with business growth objectives.Source and engage top-tier front-office talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, networking, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry relationships.Build and maintain pipelines of high-performing professionals across Analyst through Managing Director levels.Conduct detailed candidate assessments, behavioral interviews, and compensation discussions while evaluating technical and product expertise.Manage offer negotiations, candidate closing processes, and hiring logistics in partnership with HR and compensation teams.Stakeholder & Relationship ManagementServe as a trusted talent advisor to senior leaders across Global Markets and trading businesses.Develop strong understanding of desk structures, product coverage, market trends, and competitive hiring activity.Build long-term relationships with both active and passive candidates across front-office markets businesses.Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership teams on workforce planning, succession planning, and strategic hiring initiatives.Mentor junior recruiters and sourcing specialists on market trends, recruiting strategies, and candidate management best practices.Market Intelligence & Strategic AdvisoryStay informed on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, talent movement, and competitor activity across the Global Markets landscape.Deliver market intelligence and talent insights to business leaders to support strategic hiring decisions.Track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress through ATS and reporting tools.Support leadership reporting, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and recruiting analytics initiatives.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree required.7–10 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience within: Global Markets or front-office financial services recruiting, and/or Executive search or recruitment agencies specializing in financial services talent.Demonstrated experience recruiting for Sales & Trading, Fixed Income, FX, Credit, Rates, Equities, or Capital Markets roles.Strong understanding of front-office market structures, trading products, and financial services hiring dynamics.Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority searches in fast-paced, highly competitive environments.Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.Experience partnering directly with Managing Directors, desk heads, and senior business leadership.Advanced proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel, and PowerPoint.Preferred ExperienceExperience supporting bulge bracket investment banks, global financial institutions, hedge funds, or broker-dealers.Prior agency recruiting experience focused on front-office Global Markets talent acquisition.Strong network within Sales & Trading and Capital Markets talent communities.This is a full-time exempt position.
