Job Title: QNXT developerLocation : Phoenix, AZ- Hybrid  Long Term ProjectNeed: SQL, .Net/C#, Restful API, SSIS, AND SSRS, QNXT, EDI , Healthcare Duties: Be part of a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex software functions as a Senior Software Engineer, you will provide technical expertise as a program team leader in the identification and development of new products. You will lead proposals to address future business opportunities, value engineering and program/process changes. You will act as a key focal point for driving and implementing goals and objectives. You will be recognized by business management as the primary technical authority. • Requirements and design • Software architecture and coding • Integration • Certification • Test • Feature Definition • Provide customer support • Verification and Validation Additional Details: Required Experience: 10 years of experience performing software architecture, requirements, design, and coding in healthcare products SQL, .Net/C#, Restful API, SSIS, AND SSRS Hands-on experience with QNXT Nice to have : All the above + Healthcare EDI knowledge Ideal years of experience: 10+ years in software development, with most recent experience in the healthcare industry Skills: 1. Required Job Skills • Ability to code in multiple languages • Business oriented approach to software development • Ability to find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization 2. Required Professional Competencies • Well-versed in analytics • Understanding of various software development lifecycle • Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices 3. Required Leadership and Personal Effectiveness Competencies • Diverse and global teaming and collaboration • Ability to communicate effectively • Wide degree of creativity and latitude • self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
