The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead commercial and civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.\nDevelop and control project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow; implement cost controls and report on financial performance.\nOversee estimating, change orders, and subcontractor bid review/negotiation to manage value and risk.\nCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to meet project objectives.\nEnsure compliance with design docs, codes, permits, and safety regulations; enforce QA/QC processes.\nProvide technical oversight on concrete and civil works, resolving design and constructability issues with engineers.\nMaintain project documentation and reporting (progress reports, RFIs, submittals, as-builts).\nManage client/stakeholder relationships and communicate project status, risks, and opportunities.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.\nPMP or other formal project management certification preferred.\n8+ years progressive experience managing commercial and civil construction projects.\nStrong estimating, bid review, and change order management experience.\nProven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.\nTechnical knowledge of concrete work, civil engineering, site development, and construction methods.\nProficiency with construction/project management software (scheduling, estimating, Computer Ease or similar), plus MS Office.\nKnowledge of safety regulations, QC practices, building codes, and permitting.\n\nCandidates who answer the skills and questions will be the first applicants reviewed!\nBenefits\nFull Benefits Included\nFor this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
