Team Lead

Position Summary This role will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, leading a team of associates, and ensuring receiving and outbound support services run efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support warehouse associates during daily receiving and OSS operations Ensure materials and shipments are received, inspected, and processed accurately Monitor workflow to maintain productivity and meet operational targets Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues and maintain efficiency Ensure safety procedures and warehouse policies are followed Assist with training new team members and providing daily guidance to staff Support inventory control and materials handling processes as needed Requirements Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments Prior lead or team lead experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment Comfortable working mandatory overtime when required Ability to lift and move materials as needed Schedule Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:15 AM Overtime may be required depending on operational needs. #BWC3 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Relocate: San Antonio, TX 78264: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
