Anago Cleaning Systems of Cleveland, a Nationally recognized franchised commercial cleaning company, has an immediate opening for an Outside Sales Manager as a "Player-Coach" position mostly covering the Cleveland/Akron/Canton/Warren/Youngstown and surrounding areas.About the RoleWe are seeking an energetic, results-driven Outside Sales Manager to lead our field sales expansion while directly managing a personal portfolio of high-value accounts. This is a dynamic, high-impact "Player-Coach" position designed for an exceptional sales professional who thrives on leading by example.In this role, you won't just sit behind a desk analyzing spreadsheets. You will be active in the field—running face-to-face consultative sales appointments, closing key deals, and simultaneously coaching, mentoring, and scaling a dedicated team of regional outside sales representatives. Field Sales & Appointment Execution (The "Player")Personally conduct outside sales consultations and presentations, converting qualified leads and appointments into long-term clients.Build strong, consultative relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers within the territory.Maintain a consistent personal pipeline, demonstrating mastery of our sales process, product value proposition, and closing techniques.2. Team Leadership & Coaching (The "Coach")Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a diverse team of outside sales representatives, cultivating an environment of mutual respect, high performance, and professional growth.Conduct regular field ride-alongs and real-time coaching sessions to help team members refine their consultative pitches, overcome objections, and hit their targets.Lead weekly team meetings, align regional sales goals, and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly quotas.Collaborate with internal marketing and lead-generation teams to optimize the territory pipeline and ensure a steady flow of high-quality appointments for the field.What We Are Looking ForProven Experience: 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience, with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas.Leadership Aptitude: Prior experience managing, mentoring, or leading sales teams (or strong, demonstrable experience as a senior rep ready to step into a leadership capacity).Relationship-Driven: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active-listening skills.
