Job DescriptionJob Summary:The CT Technologist (RRT) performs specialized diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography equipment, ensuring high-quality images for accurate diagnosis. This position requires providing services during after-hours, weekends, and holidays to support patient care needs across various clinical settings.Responsibilities:Operate CT scanners, injectors, and post-processing equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images.Position patients accurately according to protocol while ensuring patient comfort and explaining procedures.Adjust imaging protocols based on patient needs and evaluate image quality to ensure diagnostic accuracy.Assist radiologists during invasive procedures such as biopsies and drainages.Maintain proper patient identification, documentation, and communication regarding delays and procedure explanations.Keep abreast of new imaging techniques and research to improve practice standards.
