Seeking a Hands-On Kitchen Manager to lead daliy culinary operations by the DoubleTree by Hilton Nanuet.This is a restaurant-driven role wit responsability for both a la carte service(PieBird) and banquet/catering production(primarily corporate and small events up to 200 guests).We are looking for a string operator who can Lead the line, organize production, and maintain consistency across both service and events.Salary: $65000 - $75000 per year
