ensure compliance with regulatory and funding requirements.\nProject Execution & Oversight: Manage construction-phase funding (draws/pay apps), track budgets/schedules, and coordinate lenders, contractors, and stakeholders through project delivery.\nStakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner with community groups, consultants, and development teams; lead engagement efforts and negotiate scopes/contracts.\nPipeline & Financial Analysis: Evaluate new development opportunities, perform feasibility analysis, and support RFP responses and contractor bid reviews.\nOperations & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation;
