This role is responsible for supporting how we work—by enabling and evolving systems, practices, and structures that support visibility, alignment, and collaboration across the XD org and with cross-functional partners. The Design Program Manager role is partnered with individual XD squads and facilitates the tracking and management of specific programs, ensuring they are aligned with business and customer objectives and supporting Docusign's Customer First culture. You will participate in supporting the general operational needs of the XD org. This position is an individual-contributor role reporting to the Director, Experience Design Operations.\r\nResponsibility\r\nMaintain the roadmap and project visibility for specific XD squads, ensuring project status, timelines, and documentation are current\r\nUse established mechanisms to track progress, identify dependencies, surface potential blockers and foster collaboration across initiatives\r\nOrganize and facilitate routine team meetings, critiques, and cross-functional syncs between XD, Product, and Engineering\r\nExecute org-wide processes (intake, planning, reviews, handoffs) and proactively suggest iterative improvements based on day-to-day team friction\r\nSupport the adoption of design systems and standards by ensuring designers have the necessary templates and guidelines for their work\r\nParticipate in supporting the general operational needs of the XD org\r\nJob Designation\r\nHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.\r\nWhat you bring\r\nBasic\r\nBS/BA degree or equivalent experience in program management or operations\r\n2+ years of experience in project management or operations within a design or creative environment\r\nExperience with Figma, Airtable, Jira or similar tools\r\nExperience with Google Workspace\r\nPreferred\r\nFamiliar with design processes and the role of design within a product organization\r\nComfortable navigating ambiguity\r\nAbility to strategically plan and tactically execute\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\r\nWage Transparency\r\nPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $101,500.00 - $156,750.00 base salary. Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $97,000.00 - $133,300.00 base salary. Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $97,000.00 - $139,525.00 base salary.\r\nThis Role Is Also Eligible For The Following\r\nBonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
