***MUST have both Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) certifications to be considered for this role.***Salesforce DeveloperWe are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds and integration platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. This role requires strong capabilities in custom development, integrations, automation, and platform governance to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience CloudsInterpret business requirements and translate them into well-defined technical specifications and user storiesDevelop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, Aura components, and custom CSSImplement synchronous and asynchronous processes, including Batch, Queueable, and Scheduled jobsDesign and maintain Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules for business process automationIntegrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoftApply platform security standards and enforce governance limits, ensuring adherence to best practices for data, code, and integrationsParticipate in code reviews, solution design sessions, and troubleshooting of complex integration scenariosOptimize platform performance and ensure scalability while maintaining compliance with Salesforce limits and security standardsRequired Skills4–6 years of Salesforce development experience across multiple Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)2+ years of hands-on development experience with Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and CSSExperience with MuleSoft integrations, external APIs, and synchronous/asynchronous processingStrong expertise in Flows, platform automation, batch processing, queueable jobs, and scheduled jobsSolid understanding of Salesforce security, governance limits, and platform best practicesProven ability to build secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutionsPreferred CertificationsSalesforce Platform Developer ISalesforce Administrator (ADM 201) – RequiredSalesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) – RequiredPreferred QualificationsExperience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps processes in Salesforce environmentsKnowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
