Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien and Nutrien Ag Solutions.\r\nWhat You'll Do:\r\nFormulate and blend batches using computerized HMI/PLC system as well as manual blends\r\nFollow production tickets to mix and react raw materials resulting in finished products\r\nComply with plant policies and safety procedures\r\nAssist in formulation of each batch of product\r\nMaintain a safe and clean work area\r\nEnsure there are no unlabeled containers in work area of any type\r\nCleaning\r\nAssist all plant personnel in seeking ways to eliminate waste and inefficiency throughout plant\r\nAssist formulator in monitoring inventory\r\nOther duties as required\r\nWhat You'll Bring:\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\r\nPhysically and medically capable of wearing a respirator\r\nMechanical aptitude\r\nAbility to work with and understand computerized control screens\r\nAbility to multitask/formulate across multiple vessels and reactions\r\nAbility to read, write and understand the English language\r\nAbility to lift 50lbs frequently during entire shift\r\nAbility to handle 500lbs drums occasionally\r\nGood manual dexterity and good vision & hearing\r\nAbility to stoop & bend frequently\r\nAbility to move & be in a stationary position during entire shift\r\nReady to make an impact with us?
