This role operates with significant autonomy, serving as the strategic connection to client leadership and leading a dedicated team of 2–3 Product Owners and/or Product Managers.You think like a business owner. You understand how acquisition channels — search, display, paid media, and owned surfaces — shape the customer's first impression, and you know how to connect offers and marketing content to the end-to-end user journey in ways that drive measurable business outcomes. You don't just ship products; you move the business.You are accountable for strategic vision, product roadmap, delivery execution, and business outcomes. And you’re excited at the opportunity to help shape Thresh’s rapidly growing Product Management practice.WHAT YOU’LL DOPRODUCT OWNERSHIP & BUSINESS STRATEGYOwn the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization frameworks with a clear line of sight to revenue, retention, and growthTranslate business strategy — including channel strategy, competitive positioning, and offer architecture — into sequenced, actionable product plansDefine KPIs and success metrics that reflect both product performance and business impactIdentify and champion customer opportunities using data, market signals, and direct client insightCLIENT LEADERSHIP & EXECUTIVE PRESENCEServe as the senior product voice with client stakeholders and executiveleadershipLead strategic product reviews, roadmap presentations, and joint planning sessions with confidence and credibilityBuild trusted relationships at the leadership level, translating complex tradeoffs into business-fluent narrativesBring a consultative, commercially aware perspective — anticipating business needs, not just responding to themCROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATIONPartner with senior business, design, engineering, and marketing leaders across a matrixed organizationManage dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams, driving alignment through ambiguityServe as the primary point of accountability for product outcomesINBOUND TRAFFIC STRATEGY: MARKETING & OFFER PRESENTMENTPartner with marketing, growth, and channel teams to align product strategy with inbound acquisition efforts — including search (SEO/SEM), display, and digital mediaShape how offers are presented across customer touchpoints to drive conversion, retention, and lifetime valueBuild coordinated user journeys that connect channel entry points to product experiences in ways that are intentional and measurably effectiveBring working knowledge of cloud-based marketing platforms and how they enable personalization, campaign orchestration, and journey automation at scaleDELIVERY EXCELLENCEOversee backlog management and delivery workflows at scaleGuide teams through complex tradeoffs and prioritization decisionsEnsure launches are well-coordinated, well-measured, and tied to real business resultsPRODUCT LEADERSHIPLead, mentor, and develop 2–3 Product Owners or Product ManagersEstablish delivery standards, requirements quality expectations, and a culture of clear thinking and accountabilityProvide structured coaching and regular feedbackDrive AI adoption and innovation at the pace of the market and expect your team to do the sameWHO YOU AREYou are, first and foremost, a Product Manager — not a project coordinator, not a requirements writer. You lead with business instinct, earn trust through strategic clarity, and bring the presence to stand in front of senior leaders and make the case for what matters and why.
