HEAD RACQUETS PROFESSIONAL CHARTWELL GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB SEVERNA PARK, MDChartwell Golf and Country Club is seeking an all year-round Head Racquets Professional to help build a vibrant, inclusive racquets community. Working closely with the Director of Racquet Sports, you'll lead engaging adult and junior lessons, events, clinics, and team practices in tennis and pickleball. As a key team member, you will partner with the DORS to ensure clear communication, smooth operations, and top-tier service across all programs. Your focus: delivering exceptional members and guest experiences while driving program growth and revenue through outstanding engagement. We are also pleased to provide superior food and beverage service, including member dining, social events, parties, and banquets in our renovated clubhouse. The Racquets Facility includes:5 Har-Tru tennis courts (6 total after construction) 3 indoor courts (winter bubble) 6 outdoor pickleball courts (opening in first week of July) Key Responsibilities:Lead Engaging Lessons: Deliver high-energy, fun, and inclusive lessons for adults and juniors across all skill levels in both group and private settings for tennis and pickleball. Collaborate on Events: Support the DORS in organizing and promoting events, clinics, round robins, and team practices for tennis. Create Positive Member Experience: Work hand-in-hand with our DORS to deliver stellar service, proactively address member's needs, and ensure they feel valued. Qualifications:Demonstrated expertise in teaching tennis and pickleball to players of all ages and skill levels. Strong collegiate playing background. Personable, with the ability to quickly build rapport with members. Passionate about tennis and pickleball. RSPA, PTR, or PPR teaching certification preferred. Salary & Benefits:Base Salary plus lesson revenue (commensurate with experience) paid biweekly. Meals and uniform provided. Health, Vision, and Dental insurance available after 60 days.
