{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"33eca2ebb8820b90fbd263d9","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/33eca2ebb8820b90fbd263d9","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/33eca2ebb8820b90fbd263d9","title":"Assembler","description":"Title: ASSEMBLER\nClient: Aerospace\nLocation: Everett, WA, 98204\nDuration: 6 months (Possible temp to perm)\nShift: M-F 5AM - 1:30PM (30-minute lunch)\nJob Description:\nPlans and performs a variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly, tests, fabrications, and inspection operations on various products in standard and non-standard environments to maintain flow of work.\nAlthough there are opportunities to sit once in a while most of our workbenches require standing\nWhat you will do:\nReads, interprets and follows blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions.\nOperates hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment and light equipment.\nMaintains inventory of product in workstations.\nPerforms quality work checks, identifies product defects and records identified defects.\nReworks and/or repairs assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.\nPerforms all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.\nMaintains a clean and safe work area.\nAbility to lift up to 40 lbs.\nMust be able to work in a standing position up to 8 hours per day.\nRequired:\nTesting and assembly MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE**\nHS diploma with a minimum of 2 year of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 3 years of relevant experience is required.\nMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.\nEducation:\nHS diploma/GED required, in lieu of HS Diploma/GED must have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates can start with education pending.
