Here, you will make an impact by:\nProviding the technical business support and expertise for leveraging Workday and other technologies to enable and optimize HR processes across the globe\nManaging configuration activities, trusted changes, and defect resolution, in alignment with HR’s short-term and long-term priorities and global regulations\nCollaborating with HR Process Owners, Global Service Centers, Finance, IT and more to gather functional requirements and translate them into system configurations to meet critical business needs\nStaying up-to-date with relevant federal, state, and local regulations and conducting thorough testing of system configurations to ensure accuracy and compliance within Workday processes (i.e. Time and Payroll)\nDeveloping cross-functional knowledge of Workday and learning best practices to assist in the peer review process\nYour Skills and Expertise\n\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university & two (2) years of Human Resources and/or IT and/or Project Management in a private, public, government or military environment.\n-OR-\nOne (1) year of Workday Configuration experience\nHigh School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of nine (9) years of combined experience with Business Technologies, Human Resources, IT and /or Project Management in a private, public, government or military environment\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\nWorkday configuration expertise in one or more of the following areas: Time, Payroll, HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent\nProficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and any RPA tools\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work with global, cross functional teams and across multiple functions and disciplines\nExcellent communication skills, both oral and written\nWork location:\nWork Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)\nTravel: May include up to 10% domestic/international\nRelocation Assistance: Is not authorized.\nMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).\nSupporting Your Well-being\n3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
