New York – Corporate Latin America Associate (Junior)

We are seeking a junior associate to join our market-leading Corporate Latin America practice in either our Bay Area or New York offices (with strong preference for Bay Area). The ideal candidate will have experience representing emerging companies and/or investment funds, as well as transactional experience in venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate matters.This is an excellent opportunity to join the leading Latin America and U.S. venture capital and startup practice. The associate will have significant client exposure and early responsibility on active matters. Our clients include entrepreneurs building technology businesses across Latin America, primarily in Spanish-speaking markets, and the U.S., as well as the venture capital funds investing in those companies.Job RequirementsJD (2024-2025) or LLM degree Prior work experience in Latin America is preferred Experience with emerging companies and venture capital financings strongly preferred Admission to the California and/or New York Bar required Fluency in Spanish is requiredSalary Range$225,000 - $235,000
