Recovery Agent
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely recovering and transporting vehicles while providing excellent customer service.
Each of our trucks are equipped to new DRN cameras and laptop. Our company is approved to work 100% of clients registered with the nationwide LPR hotlist. We do not provide take home trucks, applicants must have transportation to and from our lot in Villa Rica, GA. We do not run camera cars; our agents are required to locate and recover each repossession. Pay is commissioned based and range from $80.00-$100.00/recovery. A minimum of 40hrs per week is required.
**Responsibilities:**
- Load and unload vehicles onto recovery equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service during recovery operations.
- Handle manual transmission vehicles proficiently.
- Conduct commercial driving duties in compliance with regulations.
- Operate a tow truck for vehicle recoveries.
**Requirements:**
-Towing experience required, repossession training available.
-Must be at least 23 years of age due to insurance requirements.
-Must have clean driving record and background check.
-Must be able to pass a standard drug test at any time.
- Must be able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Must have transportation to and from work.
- Must have or obtain a valid medical card.
-Must possess smartphone with data plan.
-Must keep a clean and professional appearance.
-Must have ability to operate in-truck laptop.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles including tow trucks.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
