We set the standard for farm management solutions and fix our eyes on raising the bar to meet the next generation of expectations.\n\nClient Services Representative - Lincoln, NE\n\nSUMMARY STATEMENT\n\nAs a Client Service Representative, you will provide effective communication and problem solving to client inquiries in a positive manner and promptly respond to client requests and elevate to qualified staff if unable to reach resolution. You will also be responsible for maintaining client database information and performing data entry procedures as required with impeccable attention to detail and remarkable accuracy.\nOur ideal candidate would be client satisfaction focused and a strong willingness to learn. This position is 100% in office at our Lincoln, NE location.\n\nResponsibilities\nProvide laboratory reception service.\nPromptly answer phone calls in a friendly manner.\nAssist walk in clients by receiving samples and/or providing requested supplies.\nManage and respond to client questions, comments and concerns.\nBe proactive in keeping clients informed and providing timely resolution to client requests.\nCommunicate relevant client information to management and sales staff directly and via CRM.\nProvide support to website services.\nEstablish new accounts and maintain client database in CRM, LIMS and financial software.\nPerform data entry procedures as required ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\nProvide entry of sample information into LIMS software.\nGenerate laboratory information sheets and disperse appropriately.\nIssue add tests and reruns as requested and follow through on process.\nPerform corrections of data entry errors in LIMS software.\nBe responsible for mailing and shipping functions.\nPrepare reports of analysis to be mailed. Transport to post office for delivery.\nPrepare supplies to be shipped.
