Electrical Sales

Job Description: Schmidt’s Wholesale is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Monticello, NY staff. This position would best suit a candidate with a positive attitude, who enjoys a fast-paced work environment with the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will have electrical knowledge, be hard working, outgoing and detail oriented. Job duties include: · Processing orders via phone, email or in person · Service existing electrical accounts, follow up on quotes · Establish new customer relationships by following up on potential sales leads and/or cold calls · Maintain a professional appearance, in addition to a clean and neat work area Qualifications: · Electrical knowledge required · Prior Electrical sales or customer service experience preferred · Effective verbal and written communication skills · Confidence with using a computer · Valid and clean NYS drivers license · Ability to travel tri-county area 1 day/ week · Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Salary commensurate with experience.
