PDS Tech Commercial Inc. is seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our team in Clearwater, FL.\n\nRole Summary:\nAs an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling fabricated parts at floor stations, testing and calibrating parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Your role will involve using hand tools and power tools to assemble units, identifying units that fail tests or tolerance levels, and making necessary repairs.\n\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities:\n\nAssemble electronic components, wiring, and hardware into sub-assemblies and final products in accordance with engineering drawings, schematics, and written instructions.\n\nPerform soldering, wiring, crimping, and mechanical assembly tasks using appropriate tools and equipment.\n\nInspect work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with IPC/J-STD and company standards. Identify and report nonconformances or defects to supervision and assist in corrective actions.\n\nMaintain accurate production and inspection records as required.\n\nFollow established ESD, FOD, and safety protocols in all assembly operations.
