The ideal Executive Assistant is highly discrete and has experience managing the demands and opportunities associated with the uniqueness of an high net worth household. The selected candidate will be deeply rooted in the CEO's day-to-day activities serving as executive and personal assistant, while also assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Associate will be executing administrative tasks, coordinating personal arrangements, overseeing travel and experiences, providing support and backup for the Office Manager, and executing special projects.\r\nResponsibilities include:\r\nCEO:\r\nManage calendar and scheduling of meeting, events, and appointments.\r\nAnswer/respond to calls, messages in a timely manner.
