Responsibilities Perform accurate X-rays following provider orders and radiation safety guidelines (ALARA). Prepare, position, and room patients; obtain vital signs and patient history. Transmit images for radiologist review and ensure proper documentation. Assist patients and staff with mobility, exam preparation, and specimen collection. Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate supply levels. Transport patients safely within the facility as needed. Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology. ARRT certification and Florida state licensure. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire. Ability to perform patient imaging and assist in patient care safely and accurately. Preferred Previous radiology experience in hospital or clinical settings. Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and patient care skills. Familiarity with imaging software and equipment maintenance. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $24.93-$36.15, with shift differentials: Nights $3.25/hr, Weekends $2/hr, Evenings $2/hr, Holidays Time & 1/2. $7,500 sign-on bonus; relocation assistance considered case by case.
