A versatile producer who excels in crafting creative tape spots and dynamic live segments across linear, digital, streaming, social platforms, and live events. A gifted communicator who can engage audiences with storytelling that balances editorial standards and brand integrations. The role of Integrations Producer on the Strategic Content team will create highly produced content working with sponsors and partners across all NBC News platforms. This producer will also lead the development and execution of complex, in-person live events, overseeing venue selection, contract negotiation, event rollout, ticketing strategy, and full-scale on-site event management. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing creative production and operational logistics, ensuring seamless execution from concept through completion. If this is you, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesCreate and support editorial content and partnership elements across all platforms of NBC NewsProduce, write and report original content, including research, conducting interviews, writing and editing scripts, field producing and shooting, and overseeing editingProduce and execute both live and in-person eventsLead end-to-end production of complex, in-person live events, including venue research and selection, contract negotiation, budget oversight, event rollout planning, ticketing strategy and management, vendor coordination, and full-scale on-site executionOversee event logistics and operations, including run-of-show development, staffing, production timelines, technical coordination, and post-event wrap reportingManage brand integrations seamlessly into custom content while maintaining editorial integrity and standardsInteract with clients to develop relationships and ensure delivery of sponsorship elementsCommunicate and coordinate with editorial staffs of NBC News linear and digital teams to fulfill sponsorship commitmentsWork with Legal & Standards Team to ensure editorial standards of all segmentsCreate materials for proof of performance that will attract new business and retain active businessQualifications6+ years' experience creating contentBachelor's degree in journalism, communications or other discipline emphasizing storytelling or multimedia creationDeep understanding of the news marketplace and the opportunities for strategic contentSelf-starter who can book and produce complex shoots as well as adapt editors' ideas into successful production plansDesired CharacteristicsUnderstanding of production functions of shows and platforms to produce deliverables for sponsorship packagesExceptional organization skills and ability to meet deadlinesStrong field producing experience - directing crews, scripting stories and overseeing edits across platformsAbility to communicate with external partners, while representing editorial standardsCreative thinker who understands the importance of monetizing contentMust be aware of latest formats and trends in digital video as a distinct form of contentImaginative and creative producer with strong editing, writing and social skills along with a bottomless list of fresh ideas for stories and new ways to engage with usersAdditional RequirementsHybrid : This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
