We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.\n\nEssential Duties:\n\nWashes and sanitizes: China, Glass, Silver, Cooking equipment and tools, both in a dish machine or by hand.\nAssists in stocking and rotating of incoming food and beverage products.\nAssists in basic food preparation as assigned by the Chef or Food & Beverage Manager.\nEmpties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.\nStores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.\nPerforms daily cleaning to include,but not limited to dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.\nMaintains sanitation standards in assigned areas.\nSweeps and mops floors.\nAlerts chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdown.\nFollows safe work practices in job performance.\nRegular and reliable attendance.\nPerforms other duties as required.\nIncorporates safe work practices in job performance.\nRegular and reliable attendance.\nPerforms other duties as required.\n\nEducation/Experience:\n\nNo prior experience or training.\n\nPhysical Demands:\n\nFrequently stands, walks, uses hands, reaches with hands and arms. Frequently lifts up to 50 pounds.\n\nEnvironment/Noise:\n\nFrequently works in extreme heat (non-weather), in areas with moving mechanical parts and with toxic or caustic chemicals. Occasionally works in extreme cold (non-weather).
