Additional project assignments may include retail, restaurant (QSR), grocery, fuel/convenience store, and federal construction, including ground‑up builds, remodels, and structural concrete work.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities Lead Field Operations Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations\nDirect subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress\nEnsure projects stay on schedule and meet key milestones\nScheduling & Coordination Develop and manage short‑term look‑ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule\nCoordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor to maintain workflow\nIdentify potential issues early and implement solutions to avoid delays\nSafety Leadership Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance\nConduct daily safety meetings, site inspections, and job hazard analysis\nEnsure proper PPE use and maintain a strong safety culture onsite\nQuality Control Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards\nPerform regular jobsite walkthroughs and inspections\nCoordinate required inspections, testing, and quality control procedures\nSubcontractor Management Manage subcontractor performance, scope execution, and schedule adherence\nCoordinate trades to prevent conflicts and maintain project flow\nAddress field issues and elevate discrepancies when necessary\nProject Documentation Maintain daily reports including manpower, progress, weather, and safety updates\nCommunicate field updates and issues to the Project Manager\nAssist with RFIs, change orders, and field directives as needed\nProject Closeout Manage punch list completion and final inspections\nSupport delivery of as‑builts, O&M manuals, and final documentation\nQualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred\n7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor\nExperience managing commercial construction projects\nStrong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination\nExperience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and construction scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera P6 preferred)\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills\nOSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)\nFirst Aid / CPR certification (or ability to obtain)\nGeneral Contractor license or LEED experience is a plus\nThe anticipated compensation range for the position is $90,000 to $120,000, is based on a full‑time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience.
