You'll work across PhaseOps (our internal React/Node/MongoDB/PostgreSQL platform) and Phase Connect (our industrial telemetry and connectivity product).\n\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain features in PhaseOps, our internal full-stack web platform used across sales, operations, and support.\nBuild and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services in Node.js backed by MongoDB and PostgreSQL.\nContribute to Phase Connect, our industrial IoT product — depending on where the product needs the most support, this means either mobile app development or embedded firmware development.\nWrite clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.\nCollaborate with operations, sales, and engineering teams to define and deliver features.\nHelp bridge data between field devices and internal business systems.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nFull-stack JavaScript — React on the frontend, Node.js on the backend.\nDatabase experience — MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL.\nREST API design and integration — building, consuming, and debugging.\nVersion control — Git, including branching and pull request workflows.\nEmbedded or low-level development experience — prior work in device firmware (C/C++) or kernel-level development is a real advantage.
