We look forward to having an interesting conversation with you.\nJOB DESCRIPTION\nTitle: Operator\nPosition: Non-Exempt\nLocation: Riverside, CA\nPay Rate: $15.50/hr+.50cent differential for 2nd shift and $1 shift differential for 3rd shift\n1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available!!\nSUMMARY OF ROLE\nPerform specified tasks in the manufacturing processing of plastic parts involving injection molding and support equipment.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nCommunicate to the lead and QCIT any issues associated with the work area.\nPerform all tasks according to the Quality Assurance Manufacturing Plans and Operator Instructions (The proper performance and accuracy for all operator job functions including procedures, trimming, packaging, quality, production rates, rework, etc.).\nAbility to follow instructions.\nMaintain and obtain proper tools and supplies for specified jobs.\nResponsible for safety and housekeeping in the assigned work area.\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent, or 6 months experience in the manufacturing industry.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThis position involves frequent bending, moving, lifting, and carrying material weighing up to 50 pounds; standing up to eight hours each day exposure to high noise levels, and require wearing hearing protection.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nThe work environment is usually in an office within a manufacturing facility with low to moderate noise levels.
