Founded by a team from SpaceX, Google, and Palantir, SIFT is built for mission-critical systems where precision and scalability are non-negotiable.\n\nAbout the Role\nAs a Deployment Strategist at SIFT, you'll work at the intersection of technical implementation and customer success, ensuring our platform delivers maximum value to sophisticated engineering organizations. You will closely partner with our customers, uncover high-value problems, and direct the path towards adoption and transformational solutions.\n\nIn This Role, You’ll:\nOwn the outcome of complex implementations for enterprise customers.\nPartner with Forward Deployed Engineers to design robust technical solutions that meet our customer needs.\nBuild deep trust across engineers, end‑users, and executives to clear roadblocks and accelerate progress.\nDrive adoption across technical teams by demonstrating value and establishing implementation roadmaps\nWork in tight collaboration with the product team to inform the future of the product.\nDesign and run pilots that demonstrate massive value and a vision for long-term success.\n\nThe Skillset You'll Bring\nStrong technical background with ability to understand complex systems and data architectures\nExperience driving adoption of technical products within engineering organizations\nExcellence in stakeholder management across technical and business teams\nStrong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent implementations\nClear communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to various audiences\n\nBonus Points:\nBackground in aerospace, autonomous systems, or other hardware domains is a plus\nUnderstanding of data pipelines and streaming architectures\nFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP)\nExperience with Python or similar programming languages\nKnowledge of telemetry systems and time-series data\nUnderstanding of REST APIs and modern web technologies\n\nLocation\nThis role is located in San Francisco, CA. We collaborate in person four times a week—Monday through Thursday—and come together for a full week every quarter at our HQ in LA. We are open to relocating candidates to LA or our San Francisco office.\nAbility to travel 10-15% required. Varies by location and customer needs.\nSalary range: $125,000 - $175,000 per year.
