The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in audio/visual equipment and virtual meeting platforms, ensuring seamless execution of hybrid and in-person events.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide on-site and remote support for internal and external meetings, conferences, and corporate events.\nSet up, test, and operate audio/visual equipment, including microphones, speakers, projectors, video walls, and conferencing systems.\nSupport and troubleshoot virtual meeting platforms including Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, and others.\nCollaborate with IT, Facilities, and Event Planning teams to ensure all technical aspects of events are covered.\nMaintain and manage inventory of A/V equipment and supplies.\nProvide real-time troubleshooting during live events to ensure minimal disruption.\nAssist with recording, streaming, and post-event media management.\nTrain and guide Everest employees on best practices for using meeting technologies.\nStay current with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements.\n\nQualifications:\nProven experience in event support or A/V technical roles, preferably in a corporate environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, and other conferencing platforms.\nStrong knowledge of audio/visual systems, including mixers, switchers, microphones, and display technologies.\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.\nStrong communication and customer service skills.\nFlexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed for event coverage.\nAbility to lift and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs).\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCertifications in A/V technology or meeting platforms (e.g., Teams, Webex, Zoom)\nExperience with hybrid event setups and streaming technologies.\nFamiliarity with event management software or scheduling tools.\nThe pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $20.80/hour - $32.51/hour.
