ensure proper setup sequence.\nSets and adjusts necessary controls to regulate Swiss machinery.\nVerifies measuring equipment are in proper working order.\nSet up tools and machinery for individual projects.\nPerform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.\nFollow all safety procedures and company policies.\nMaintain a professional, clean and safe work area.\nOther related duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\nMill machine setup experience, required.\nAbility to operate and maintain lathe machines, a plus.\nKnowledge of FANUC controls.\nKnowledge of 4th axis operation, a plus.\nAble to use measuring equipment such as Calipers, Micrometers, Indicators, etc.\nAble to read and interpret charts, drawings and blueprints.\nKnowledge of safety procedures relating to setting up Swiss machinery and handling materials.\nAbility to interpret, edit, and program efficiently, when required.\nMust be able to set up Swiss machinery with minimal supervision.\nMust be able to follow directions and perform work accurately and thoroughly.\nAbility to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.\nAttention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.\nStrong communication skills to work as part of a team.\nHigh School Diploma, or
