In this role, your primary mission is to foster a supportive and compliant workplace by managing day-to-day HR operations for your program, serving as the lead contact for employee relations, administering leave, and ensuring the clear, consistent interpretation of company policies.Who We AreWildwood Programs is a proud provider of educational, residential, day services, employment, and other community-based supports to people with disabilities.Duties/ResponsibilitiesAdministers and executes human resource programs including but not limited to orientation, recognition and employee leaves; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance management; productivity, occupational health and safety.
