ALM Platform Engineer - Remote Duration: 12 months Seeking for a professional to create innovative Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions for healthcare applications. Work with senior architects and developers in an agile environment to develop secure and efficient ALM solutions. Typical Duties/Abilities:Translate business requirements into ALM strategies and solutionsCollaborate with teams to design and improve solutionsSupport business, architecture, development, and testing teamsExecute test plans to ensure quality deliveryParticipate in code reviews and follow coding standards Qualifications:5 years' experience with Serena Business Manager (SBM) ALM solutions3 years' experience in an ALM admin/engineer roleAbility to establish and champion SBM standards and best practices Soft Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teamsStrong communication and collaboration skillsDesign Thinking certifications from recognized institutionsAbility to effectively communicate with leadership and stakeholdersAbility to articulate design and configuration choices
