If so, this could be the role for you!\nResponsibilities include:\nTraining – Go through the curriculum and master it to effectively teach students.\nCreate a positive and safe environment in which students can grow and develop their coding skills.\nTeach coding languages including JavaScript, C#, Python, and additional technologies used in gaming, robotics, AI, and application development.\nWork with children to determine and improve their skill sets while keeping them engaged and motivated.\nProvide feedback to parents on student progress during tours, training sessions, and as needed.\nAssist with robotics, coding and AI development activities to enhance students' learning experiences.\nLead Code Ninjas Camps and Training Sessions\nSupport marketing, operations, or IT initiatives by completing an intern project that contributes to center growth and efficiency.\nFollow opening/closing procedures and maintain a clean dojo environment per corporate standards.\nReport weekly to the Center Assistant Manager on student progress and engagement.\nReport daily to the Center Manager regarding dojo activities and productivity.\nRepresent Code Ninjas culture and brand positively to generate creativity and innovation.\nQualifications:\nExperience working with children ages 5+ (mentoring, coaching, tutoring, etc.).\nTeaching, mentoring, or child care experience preferred.\nStrong knowledge of or experience with coding and technology, including JavaScript, C#, Python, and robotics programming.\nInterest in gaming, AI, robotics, and application development.\nAbility to work collaboratively with others in a team environment.\nEnthusiastic and fun personality; must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.\nAbility to complete and present an intern project related to marketing, operations, or IT within the duration of the internship.\nPrefer Bachelor Degree Seeking Students in the following domains: Marketing, Computer Science, Game Development, Analytics, and Teaching\nMust have ability to commute/travel to locations and able to work at all locations in the Jacksonville/Saint Augustine Area.\nApplicants under 18 or in high school, must have earned their Code Ninjas Black Belt!\nSchedules:\nPart-Time = 20 hours per week\nFull-Time = 30 – 45 hours per week\nAvailable Shifts:\nCamps – AM Sessions = 8 AM – 1 PM\nCamps – PM Sessions = 12 PM – 5 PM\nCreate – Evening Sessions = 3 PM – 8 PM\nFull Day = 8 AM – 5 PM\nFull Day = 12 PM – 8 PM\nOur center is open Monday through Sunday, and hours may vary.
