manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and food processing facilities.\nPerform process calculations, equipment sizing, and system evaluations.\nDevelop process equipment and system specifications for procurement and installation.\nParticipate in process technology evaluations and equipment selection activities.\nSupport process optimization, operational efficiency assessments.\nPharmaceutical Manufacturing Responsibilities\nDevelop process systems supporting GMP manufacturing operations including formulation, filling, packaging, and material handling processes.\nSupport the design of clean manufacturing environments and controlled processing areas.\nCoordinate utility requirements for manufacturing equipment and process systems.\nSupport CIP (Clean-In-Place), SIP (Steam-In-Place), purified water, WFI, clean steam, and related process utility systems.\nParticipate in process hazard analyses, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance reviews.\nSupport commissioning, qualification, validation, and startup activities.\nFood Processing Responsibilities\nDesign and support process systems for food manufacturing, packaging, ingredient handling, and processing operations.\nDevelop process solutions focused on product quality, food safety, operational efficiency, and sustainability.\nCoordinate process equipment integration with facility utilities and infrastructure.\nSupport sanitary process design principles and hygienic equipment layouts.\nAssist with production capacity planning, process improvements, and operational troubleshooting.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\nMinimum of 5 years of process engineering experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology, food processing, or other regulated manufacturing industries.\nExperience developing PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, equipment specifications, and process design documentation.\nStrong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and facility operations.\nKnowledge of process equipment, process utilities, and manufacturing support systems.\nExperience working within multidisciplinary engineering project teams.\nStrong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n7+ years of process engineering experience supporting Life Sciences and Food Processing projects.\nExperience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, biologics facilities, vaccine facilities, cell therapy facilities, or laboratory environments.\nExperience supporting food and beverage manufacturing, packaging, and processing operations.\nKnowledge of GMP, FDA, ISPE, USDA, FSMA, and related industry standards.\nExperience with process utility systems, including purified water, WFI, clean steam, compressed air, and process gases.\nFamiliarity with commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.\nExperience supporting process safety reviews, HAZOP studies, and risk
