Ensure timely reviews with stakeholders.\r\nEnsure proper backup and retention polices are in place to ensure minimum data loss to the business in case of failures.\r\nEnsure minimum 'MTTR (Mean time to Repair)' while fixing problems. Follow-up with proper root cause investigation, corrective & preventive actions with an aim to increase 'MTBF (Mean time between failures)'.\r\nEnsure compliance of the systems w.r.t security and compliance requirements.\r\nPropose system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.\r\nMake final resolutions on administrative or operational matters and ensure operations' effective achievement of goals.\r\nReview goals to set on success of operation, involved developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations(s) and may also have company-wide effect.\r\nEstablish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.\r\nWork with EIS to hold up the team in order to ensure the knowledgebase built and managed as well as the team who holds up is trained on new and updated solutions.\r\nThe experience we're looking to add to our team:\r\nTypically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training, Computer, engineering or administrative or equivalent.\r\nTypically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience.\r\nDemonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic people and/or process management skills.\r\nDemonstrates advanced/ thorough knowledge of the function and Flex business.\r\nDemonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and comprehension of connections of such processes at the site\r\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\r\nMedical benefits, dental, vision\r\nLife Insurance\r\nPaid Time Off\r\nPerformance Bonus\r\nJob Category: IT\r\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
