For more information, please visit solera.com\n\nThe Role\nConduct and manage on-site insurance property claim inventory assignments pursuant to SOS field inventory processes.\nComplete all tasks assigned in a diligent manner consistent with department, facility or operational and corporate goals and objectives.\nAssist in business development activities in conjunction with new and existing service offerings.\nPromote, build, and maintain good customer relations with adjusters assist in retention and repeat use.\nCommunicate with your Field Manager and Service Manager on a daily basis with regards to operational issues and/or improvements.\nFollow all standard operating and safety procedures, written and oral, at all times.\nAbility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nStrong problem solving, project management skills while maintaining excellent customer service with client policyholder and insurance company claim staff.\nPresent in a professional manner both in personal and vehicle appearance.\nAbility to work in adverse conditions (post loss insurance claims).\nPerform work assignments in a safe and concise manner, following all Enservio safety standards.\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite.\nStrong problem solving and analytical skills.\nStrong interpersonal, writing and communication skills.\nExcellent personal organization and leadership skills.\nResults oriented with the ability to accomplish work in a team environment.\nProperty and Casualty claim experience a plus.\nRestoration industry experience a plus.\nAbility to travel to site location in your geographic area.\nAbility to lift without any physical restrictions up to 30 pounds.\nWork independent of direct onsite supervision.\nValid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle available for use.\nIt is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
