This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nOperate and monitor manufacturing equipment during 2nd shift production\nPerform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards\nAssist with troubleshooting minor equipment issues to reduce downtime\nMaintain accurate production and quality records\nCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors\nFollow all safety procedures and actively support a safe work environment\nSupport other operators and departments as needed to maintain workflow\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nAbility to work consistent 2nd shift schedule (Mon–Thu, 2:00 PM–12:00 AM)\nBasic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation\nStrong attention to detail and safety awareness\nAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious manufacturing or production experience\nExperience with flexographic printing or similar equipment\nKnowledge of quality control processes and documentation\nBasic troubleshooting or mechanical repair experience\nSafety training or manufacturing-related certifications\nStrong teamwork and communication skills\n\nSkills for Success\nSuccess in this role requires mechanical aptitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
