Must be able to be onsite 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) in Marlborough, MA*\n\n*Job Type: Fulltime*\n\n*Responsibilities:*\n\n· Partner with multiple Business Units to recommend standard processes and roadmap continuous improvement.\n\n· Possess advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Workforce Dimensions and Reflexis MyWork applications.\n\n· Perform special projects relating to a UKG Workforce Dimensions or Reflexis MyWork release, configuration change or efficiency improvement and gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\n\n· Provide support for punch device testing, configuration, and functionality.\n\n· Provide support for UKG Workforce Dimensions or Reflexis MyWork mobile apps testing, configuration, and functionality.\n\n· Identify and resolve the root cause of day-to-day production issues.\n\n· Developing strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.\n\n· Develop integrations for UKG Workforce Dimensions and Reflexis MyWork with other systems, such as HRIS and payroll.\n\n· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the system, including data discrepancies and system errors.\n\n· Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards.\n\n· Develop and maintain documentation for the systems and processes.\n\n· Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in UKG Workforce Dimensions, Reflexis MyWork and related technologies.\n\n*Required Qualifications/Skills*\n\n· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field\n\n· At least 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining UKG Workforce Dimensions\n\n· Experience with Reflexis MyWork or other task management solutions\n\n· Strong knowledge of technologies, such as VNC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Json, Postman, Boomi, SFTP, MFTE and API\n\n· Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS and Azure\n\n· Experience with database management systems, such as SQL Server and Oracle\n\n· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\n· Detail oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\n· Participate in On Call rotation.\n\n· Experience in a retail environment a plus\n\n*Best Regards,*\n\n*Mohan*\n\n*(408) 834-8145*\n\nJob Type: Full-time\n\nPay: $110,000.00 -
