Job Title: Customer Service Assistant Location: Tampa, FL Reports to: Customer Service Manager Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with various service-related tasks, contributing to our customer satisfaction goals. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner. Provide accurate information on products/services and company policies. Maintain customer records and update account information. Assist customers with troubleshooting or resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, and products. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. Promote and maintain a positive, professional image of the company in all customer interactions. Escalate issues to the Customer Service Manager when necessary. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude. Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and customer service platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
