As more PE and VC firms invest in supporting their portfolio companies, we're helping them do it in a way that's more scalable, more effective, and more impressive to stakeholders – from founders to LPs.We're a startup, which means we move fast, learn constantly, and expect every team member to take ownership and make an impact. But we're also five years in, profitable, and supporting some of the world's top growth equity firms. You'd be joining a team with real momentum, solving a real problem, in a space we know better than anyone – and we're actively embracing the new AI age as we scale.About the RoleWe're hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team on a part-time contract basis (~20 hours/week). You'll work alongside our senior engineer to ship features, fix bugs, and help build the next generation of our platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who's early-to-mid career but ambitious – someone who writes clean code, picks things up quickly, and is already using AI tools to multiply their output. You won't be siloed: you'll touch our React front end, our WordPress back end, and the infrastructure around them. The work is well-scoped and varied, ranging from squashing bugs to building self-contained new features.A note on how we work: in a post-agentic world, you own your output. AI accelerates the work – it doesn't replace your judgment. We expect you to understand the code you ship, defend the decisions inside it, and take responsibility for what goes to production.
