Job DescriptionInland Imaging is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join it's executive leadership!The CFO is responsible for overseeing the financial and accounting operations for Inland Imaging and it's subsidiaries. This position will be located at the Inland Imaging Business Center in Spokane, WA.In addition to operating 7 stand-alone radiology clinics, seeing over 300,000 patients annually, Inland Imaging provides medical imaging staffing to major hospitals and clinics primarily in Washington State.Job Summary: The Chief Financial Officer is accountable for all of the financial and accounting services provided to numerous organizations within the organizations. The services encompass the full scope of financial and accounting areas including financial statement preparation and analysis, cost accounting, accounts receivable and payable, cash and fixed asset management, and payroll processing.General Description: This role will work closely with the Inland Imaging Executive Team and Physician leaders to focus on the finances of the various Inland companies, including the financial viability of strategic initiatives required to insure sustainable growth and long-term company viability. Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment in meeting continual deadlines. The CFO must have a professional demeanor along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey complex subject matter to leaders and employees. Must have proven leadership abilities and the ability to mobilize the accounting team to implement strategies, as well as a high degree of confidentiality. The CFO must be able to conduct analysis at the "big picture" level, as well as more granular or specific issues and/or initiatives. Requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to share historical advice/knowledge.Essential Work / Responsibilities:Provides technical guidance and direction as the internal expert in the areas of finance and related servicesAs a member of the executive leadership team provides value added financial analysis as it relates to business opportunities in any areas covered by the companiesPrepares, presents and discusses a wide variety of financial and related analysis and reports for the President(s) and Chief Executive Officer, various Boards and Board Committees and the leadership teamMaintains professional knowledge in the areas of finance and accountingManagement Responsibilities: The Chief Financial Officer is a member of the Executive leadership team and as such provides analysis, suggestions and recommendations related to various aspects of the business. The Chief Financial Officer manages a large staff involved in the various aspects of finance and accounting services. The position also plans, directs, schedules, evaluates, and controls assigned functions and services.General Duties/Responsibilities:Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Valid state driver’s license and proof of insurance or other means of accessing meetings and other sites in a timely manner. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Follows all Health and Safety policies and guidelines of Inland Imaging and its partners depending on work location. Performs other duties as required by displaying team spirit and self-growth, accepting and performing other projects and responsibilities, and requesting other projects and responsibilities. The CFO must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.Education: Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely related disciplineExperience: Requires a minimum of ten years of financial and accounting experience with knowledge of the healthcare industry, including supervisory experienceLicensure: A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is helpful but not required of the positionAny combination of the above education and experienceComputer Skills: Strong skills in Microsoft applications, including Microsoft Word, Project, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong skills in Smartsheet. Workday experience is a plus. Background Check:Must be able to pass a background check required by RCW 43.43.830-840 and company policies.
