Strategic Planning and Delivery, Consultant

Your RoleThe Digital Strategic Planning, Delivery & Performance team is responsible for digital planning, project management and delivery for key initiatives, vendor support/partnership, and digital operations. The Strategic Planning & Delivery, Consultant will report to the Principal Delivery Project Manager with a dotted line to the Senior Director. In this role you will be responsible for supporting planning and monitoring activities directly or on behalf of the Planning, Delivery team or Senior Director for key operational and strategic initiatives. You will assist in aggregating monthly and quarterly reporting for the Enterprise Portfolio Value Office and Marketing and Strategy Strategic Planning and Performance Team. We are looking for leaders that are energized by creative and critical thinking, building and sustaining high-performing teams, getting results the right way, and fostering continuous learning.Your Knowledge and ExperienceRequires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceRequires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience in delivery of digital transformation, technology-driven initiatives, or relatedRequires expertise in PlanView, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar project management toolsRequires Agile Product Management and/or Information technology/technical backgroundRequires Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid SDLC delivery experienceSAFe Scrum Master Certification strongly preferredSAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Certification strongly preferredPMP and/or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification strongly preferredExecutive level communications and ability to synthesize and communicate informationHybridThis role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
