The AP Supervisor will work fully on-site at two locations, in Boulder and Louisville, CO. Telework is not available for this position. Responsibilities include:\r\nImplement Asset Protection mission guidelines provided by Central Region Asset Protection Security Manager.\r\nManage deployed resources in the following disciplines: Visitor & Access Control, Crisis Management, Workplace Violence Prevention, Technical Security standardization & adherance, support the Physical Security and Accreditation Branch (PSAB), and day-to-day operations oversight of proprietary and contract security personnel.\r\nCollaborate with local and enterprise leadership on policy, procedure, and matters of daily operational needs and best practices.\r\nInterface with various levels of internal and external customers and liaison with local Law Enforcement, Fire, and EMS personnel.\r\nProvide individual and group briefings and training on a variety of security matters.\r\nWork closely with AP leaders on general issues and security concerns.\r\nYou must be able to obtain TS/SCI clearance, thus U.S. Citizenship is required.\r\nBasic QualificationsPrior leadership experience.\r\nUnderstanding of security and law enforcement principles regarding protection of personnel and property.\r\nFamiliarity with roles and responsibilities of Physical & Technical Security, Force Protection, Crisis Management, Executive Protection, Access Control and Incident Management & Report Writing.\r\nValid Driver's License and the ability to operate company-owned vehicles.\r\nWillingness to respond after-hours, on weekends and/or holidays.\r\nMust be a U.S. Citizen and obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.\r\nDesired SkillsActive clearance.\r\nFormer military, law enforcement, or private sector leadership experience.\r\nPrior Workplace Violence Prevention and Response training, HR or Medical training.\r\nExperience working with government and military personnel and implementing program security requirements.\r\nDoD and/or Intelligence Community experience and familiarization with auditing agency inspections and implications.\r\nKnowledgeable of Special Access Program (SAP) security.\r\nValid Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW).\r\nDemonstrated ability to build effective relationships and function within team environments.\r\nPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
